Your team is still typing invoices by hand.

We find the repetitive work eating your staff's hours: invoice entry, quotations, weekly reports, after-hours enquiries. Then we replace it with software built around whatever you already run. Two to four weeks. One fixed price, agreed in writing before anyone starts.

Typical manual waste ₹3–6 lakh a yearTypical build pays for itself in under 4 months

No pitch. We'll tell you if automation won't help. And we'll leave you alone if it won't.

FOLIO 01The cost of doing nothingN · wealth

You already know which work this is.

None of it needs a bigger team. It needs the work to stop being manual.

Your accounts person spends the first three hours of every day typing vendor invoices into Tally.

15 HRS / WEEK RETYPING

A quotation takes forty minutes to put together, and your sales team sends eight a week.

5 HRS / WEEK REBUILDING

Monday's MIS report is stitched together from five spreadsheets before anyone can look at it.

½ DAY / WEEK ASSEMBLING

An enquiry lands on your sales WhatsApp at 9:40 pm and gets a reply at 11 am the next day.

FOLIO 02What we buildE · growth

Six jobs we are asked to take off people.

Each one is built around the systems you already run, and handed over to your team, not kept in ours. Hours saved are entered on the credit side, where they belong.

One number, in writing, within two working days.

We scope by workflow, not by software. No discovery retainer, no workshop phase.

Step 01

A 20-minute call

You describe the work that repeats. We walk it end to end: what starts it, who touches it, where it stalls. Then we say whether software should do it.

The questions everyone asks on the call.

One fixed price for the whole build, quoted in writing within two working days of the call. One process in one system sits at the low end; several processes, or a system with no clean way in, costs more. Most first builds are a single workflow, not a platform. Payment is split, with the balance due on delivery of what the scope says. The number only changes if you change the scope.
